Shipping

All orders placed for custom graphics will be created and delivered via e-mail within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

All shipping is free. Orders are sent via e-mail. If files are requested to be placed on a compact disc and shipped, your shipment will be sent via first class mail at no additional charge. Please note: It will cost an additional $5.00 per compact disc for files to be placed on them. If you do not live within the US and are requesting a shipment of cd with your files, please contact us for a shipping quote.

If shipment of compact disc is requested, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customers are responsible for costs incurred on orders shipped back to the store and reshipping of compact disc(s) if address information provided was incorrect.

Returns

We strive for the utmost satisfaction for our customers. However, if you are dissatisfied with your project(s) we will work with you to amicably resolve the issue.

We're sorry but we do not offer returns due to the nature of our products. We also do not accept returns on web templates as you were already given code information and graphics thus having the ability to use the information even though you may have returned them.

Graphics may only be used on YOUR personal or commercial website. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or add and present our graphics and templates in any form or collection. Graphics specifically created for templates may not be reused in any other manner.
